Divorce

Long Term Care Fees

1 in 4 of us will require long term care at some point in our lives. If your clients have more than £23,250 in assets, they are liable to pay all the care costs, even if they have to sell your family home to do so. Indeed, the proposed change to legislation regarding care fees has now been postponed indefinitely, and these costs continue to be a considerable drain on family resources.
